Minsk is the capital and largest megalopolis of Belarus. Its history starts from 11th century. The city has an extensive public transport system: tramway lines, trolleybus lines, bus lines, an underground metro (2 lines) and taxis. Nowadays most of the intercity transport is modern and comfortable.
